The Marketing and Communications Unit (MCU) takes the lead in promoting and promoting the university’s image and reputation through the development and implementation of marketing plans, media and relations activities, internal communications and corporate branding strategies. MCU has internal and external clients and provides services to support and promote the development of the university.
Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join our ambitious and highly successful team. The Digital Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for driving UTS’ digital marketing strategies that support and enhance the University’s profile, and attract individuals and businesses to invest time and resources at UTS. In this role, you oversee the development, delivery and review of lead and audience strategies. This position leads digital marketing planning, calling, optimization and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns against ROI and KPIs. You will also develop the annual UTS marketing strategy in collaboration with MCU’s senior leadership team and provide strategic marketing advice to UTS stakeholders.

- Demonstrated expertise in campaign strategy and concept development, and an analytics-driven approach to digital marketing
- Proven management skills, including the ability to lead and develop a team of professionals and maximize results from marketing initiatives
- Demonstrate activity in monitoring, developing a measurement plan, writing and presenting sales reports
Salaries & Benefits
Base Salary Range$126,412 to $132,430 per (HEW 9)
The job attracts 17% of people who earn retirement income (pension). in addition to base salary.

This position is full time and the appointment will be made on a continuing the foundation.
