CHENGDU, China, January 19, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Senmiao Technology Limited (“Senmiao” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: AIHS)a financial and service company that focuses on the online transportation industry China and user of its online platform, today announced the implementation of its online platform last month. December 2022. In December 2022Senmiao and its affiliates recorded approximately 0.7 million orders, compared to approximately 0.8 million orders completed in November 2022. The decrease was due to the spread of COVID-19 cases in the capital city of Senmiao Chengdu in mid-December, after the removal of domestic restrictions such as China he stopped following his zero-covid policy.

Since the launch of the Senmiao online platform October 2020, approximately 20.8 million trips have been completed using its own platform. More than 5.2 million rides have been completed on the Meituan platform with the support of Senmiao and Meituan since then. August 2021. About 1.4 million trips have been completed on Xiehua, Anma and other platforms since then. April 2022. The number of drivers that complete loading on all platforms (called Active Drivers) in December 2022 was 6,682, down about 4.8% from 7,019 in November 2022.

[1] Under the original model, orders come from partner platforms and are completed by the Senmiao platform. A passenger can search for taxis/rides on platforms that are compatible with Senmiao, which gives the passenger a choice of online sharing services, including Senmiao. If the passenger chooses Senmiao, the order will be distributed to the registered drivers on the Senmiao platform for review and approval and then completed by the Active Drivers. Senmiao earns commissions on each completed order based on a percentage of the order value.
