Accredible is investing heavily in the growth of the product team with the addition of Shobhna Srivastava as vice president of engineering and Rochelle (Sherman) Ramirez as vice president of sales. Srivastava has over 20 years of international experience and now leads engineering at Acredible, leading the teams that build the Acredible dashboard, Credential.net and CourseFinder.io. Its expertise includes large-scale search engines, knowledge graphs, search engines and data processing systems.
Ramirez, vice president of sales at Accredible, brings more than two decades of sales leadership experience — most recently as head of sales at Endera — with an emphasis on user impact through innovative market concepts, processes and leadership. Ramirez’s experience in launching Endera’s B2B continuous monitoring and analytics platform informs his work at Accredible as he drives product innovation to help clients solve their most pressing digital assurance challenges.
Jennifer Clifford – who will lead the marketing team that includes demand generation and digital marketing, brand and creative, events and PR as the senior director of growth – joins Accredible from Bonterra, where she led her team in the integration of four companies from the merger. as an important vice president. Prior to Bonterra, Clifford was with Precisely (formerly Syncsort), where he was vice president of global marketing operations and was responsible for leading the growth of the business over eight years.
Accredible is expanding on its commitment to the great customer with two new hires on the customer success side: Dan Theckston as vice president of customer success and Aubrey Sepko as senior director of account management. Theckston, who comes to Accredible after managing four lines at Xplor, brings experience in managing customer retention, driving organic growth and initiating sales initiatives. Having also served as executive director at ExamSoft, Theckston will use his deep knowledge of educational technology to support Acredible’s partners.
Sepko, a senior account manager, has spent more than 10 years leading customer support, account management and training teams for various SaaS companies, most recently Honorlock, where he served as vice president of customer experience. In his role at Acredible, he will work with his team to ensure that all of Acredible’s customers have a true engagement experience, increasing retention and creating lifelong customers.
